Shipping options and delivery times

  • UPS Standard – Delivery in 2–5 business days within Europe

  • InPost (Italy) – Delivery in 1–3 business days

  • Packeta Economy – Slower, batch shipping (see below for details)

I usually process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If your country isn’t available at checkout, feel free to contact me and I’ll let you know the shipping cost.

What is Packeta Economy shipping?

Packeta Economy is a cheaper shipping option for Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, and Romania. To select it, choose Local Delivery at checkout.

Delivery takes longer because I ship orders in batches when I travel to Slovakia (usually about every 2 months). You can contact me before placing your order to ask about the next shipping date, or simply wait for my confirmation after you place your order.

This option is best if you’re not in a hurry and want to save on shipping costs.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that I do not accept returns on custom clothing and gift cards.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, please contact me and I’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re in Napoli, we can arrange a pickup point that works best for both of us - this way, you’ll have free shipping and can receive your hand-printed piece in person. When placing an order, just select Local Pickup in Napoli instead of a shipping option. I will get in touch with you and we’ll find the most convenient spot to meet.

How should I take care of my piece?

Each hand-printed piece is printed with high-quality oil-based ink, so it’s built to last. You can wash your piece in the washing machine at 30°C, turned inside out — the print may fade a little over time, but it will keep its character and charm for years. Some people prefer to hand wash their items to keep them looking fresh even longer.

The graphic tees are screen-printed and can also be washed at 30°C and ironed inside out on low heat.

Do you make custom prints or special requests?

Yes! You can now place custom orders directly through the website here.
